sexually abusing two, 14 year old boys in the spring. one of the victims contacted police last week, and told them cotel had abused him while living with his family. the victim told police he witnessed cotel abuse a friend at his house. police say the abuse happened between may 1st and june 1st. he is a probationary firefighter and active volunteer with the landsdowne fire department, he has been suspended from both positions pending the outcome of the investigation he is held on 150,000 dollars bond. if you have information on the case or believe your child maybe a victim, call the crimes against children unit at 410- 853-3650. linda so, abc2 news. two killings in less than two months ends up to a $2000 fine for a parkville bar. the owner of the bar had to make a plea. following a shooting in the
